One of the most difficult things to do is to trust God in the middle of a difficult circumstance, so let this Scripture bring you hope:

I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Romans 15:13

This Word of God is packed with hope. It asks us to simply have faith in God, that He is who He says He is, and He will do what He says He will do.

As you trust in God, He will give you JOY so you can rejoice even in the middle of your circumstances. You can react to every situation, trial and wrong experience with triumph because He makes all things work together for your good. Believing in Him will cause you to give glory to God and praise Him again and again.

As you trust in God, He will also give you PEACE so you won’t be anxious, fearful or try to solve things on your own. Instead, you will allow Him to solve it for you, because His ways and purposes are higher than yours, and He always has your good in mind.

As you trust in God, He will completely fill you, so that hope overflows out of you, and you will become more confident and expect that God is indeed good, and gives good gifts to His children. You begin to look at your future through God’s eyes, and see that it is full of promise, success and prosperity.

And don’t forget the Holy Spirit, who is your powerful advocate who causes you to trust in God.

God is your source of hope, is there anything too difficult for Him?
