God promises to supply all our needs, and when God says so, we can trust Him to make it happen:
And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. 2 Corinthians 9:8
Notice the words all, always, every, sufficiency and abundance? God was feeling very generous in this verse when He promised He will provide for us with abundance. The meaning of the verse is straightforward and easy to understand but it is so outrageous in its promises—in what God promises to do—that it seems unbelievable. But is it? Because He is the God who created the heavens and the earth, is there anything too hard for Him? If He says He is able to, then He can.
And just to drive home the point of how much He can do, God repeats this over and over: all grace, in all things, at all times, everything complete and abundant… Whatever our circumstances are, regardless of how big the needs are, in the seemingly impossible requests, God’s promise remains the same: He supplies ALL. All the time.
This is who God is. This is His love expressed generously, His favor and blessings freely given to us.
And when we see the truth of who God is, we take the posture of having an open hand: open to receive, because He is willing and able. Open and grateful to thank Him now for the abundant provisions that are coming our way.
Reflect on This:
Continue to thank God now, for the blessings and answers that are coming your way. Be at peace. God our Father is trustworthy and true to His words.
Take This To Heart:
And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19
