Reclaiming Our Inheritance

If the only benefit of our salvation is that we cross over into eternal life, that would already have been sufficient! And yet, out of His great love, God wants us to experience a wealth of His “glorious inheritances” that is greater than we can ever think of or imagine! Why?

  1. Because He is a generous, extravagant Father who wants to give good and perfect gifts to His children.
  2. Because a people that live in forgiveness and righteousness, peace, prosperity and joy become powerful testimonies of how deeply God loves the world, and what He can do for each one who receives His invitation. God wants our lives to be an advertisement of His immense power as it works through us.

Woven through Scripture is this repeating theme from Romans 14:17, “For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.”

SALVATION. A person that is saved has been made righteous in Christ.
HEALING. A person that has been healed experiences peace where nothing is broken, missing or lacking.
DELIVERANCE. A person who has been delivered from oppression once again knows joy.
ABUNDANT LIFE. A person who is empowered by the Holy Spirit has everything he needs for life and godliness. 3 John 1:2 says, “may you prosper in every way, and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.”

Even at calvary, Jesus won absolute victory for you. You are forgiven and free from the enemy’s power. You no longer live under shame or condemnation.
